Luke Chang
Registered Physiotherapist
BScPT, CAFCI (Acupuncture), FDN (Dry Needling)
Luke Chang graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. He is certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. He uses a multifaceted approach in patient care and wellness with an emphasis on active rehabilitation and exercise and believes in empowering clients to take control of their injury. His approach includes manual therapy, acupuncture, functional dry needling/IMS, various treatment modalities, exercises and promoting independence and understanding through education to help provide the best results for each patient.
Luke has over 15 years of clinical experience in both a hospital and private practice setting. He has gained experience treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accident clients, Worker’s compensation/occupational rehabilitation, neurological conditions and cardiac rehabilitation. Luke is fluent in English and conversational Cantonese.
Luke enjoys spending time with his young family on the off days. He has perfected making crispy pork belly! Road cycling, craft beer and perfecting his technique in making mochi are some of his interests.
Innes Cheng
Registered Physiotherapist
MPT, FDN (Dry Needling)
Innes graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy. Born in Vancouver, she moved to Calgary for over a decade and accumulated a breadth of experience in the areas of critical care, cardiorespiratory management, post-surgical recovery, and stroke and brain injury rehabilitation. Having worked with patients from acute care to community settings, she understands the patient experience at each stage. She completed post-graduate education in different areas of practice including the NDTA Certificate Course for the Management of Adults with Stroke and Brain Injury, and Upper Quadrant Courses. She was a therapist with the University of Calgary for stroke rehabilitation.
Before returning to Vancouver, Innes spent three years as a rehabilitation lead for therapists in acute care. Innes utilizes individualized movement programs, functional exercises, manual therapy techniques, IASTM, dry needling and various modalities. She helps patients understand their injury, reduce their pain, and return to activities that are important to them. She is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Outside the clinic, Innes spends time with her young family, and enjoys local breweries and coffee shops with good company. She has also been a drummer for many jazz, indie and rock bands in Alberta and BC.
Cedar Bridgewood
Registered Massage Therapist
Cedar Bridgewood is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He believes in the biopsychosocial model and how many factors can influence a single injury. His treatment style is highly individualized, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques, and trigger point release therapy, all tailored to your specific needs.
Cedar also offers prenatal and postpartum massage, offering safe and effective treatment to help expectant and new mothers manage discomfort, reduce tension, and support overall well-being.
Before becoming an RMT, Cedar was a competitive ice dancer (figure skater), finishing his career at the 2018 Olympic trials. He now coaches young athletes and is well acquainted with the road to recovery from both his own injuries and those of his teammates and students. Cedar and his wife, Sequoia, are avid runners, cyclists, snowboarders, and lovers of all things outdoors.
Ola Jaroma
Registered Massage Therapist
Ola is a graduate of the Langara College RMT program, where she gained experience working with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, individuals with spinal cord injuries, acute injuries, and chronic conditions.
She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and the importance of patient empowerment. Her treatment approach varies—often incorporating myofascial release, deep kneading, and joint mobilization—but is always tailored to individual needs and comfort.
Ola is also specially trained in lymphatic drainage massage, a gentle technique that helps reduce puffiness, bloating, and sluggishness by supporting circulation and detoxification.
Before moving to Vancouver and entering massage therapy, Ola completed an undergraduate degree in fine arts, majoring in painting. Along with painting, she enjoys rock climbing, cycling, yoga, and playing piano.
Jetta Pulido
Manual Therapist, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist
Jetta Pulido is a graduate of Makami College and is one of the world’s first RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialists. She also holds advanced training in Frequency Specific Microcurrents Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Jetta’s practice spans all ages and stages of life, from infants to older adults, and a wide range of conditions, including spinal cord injuries, vision issues, and complex pain patterns.
Drawing on a diverse toolkit of techniques she’s garnered from over 20 years of experience, she helps clients find relief from pain and stress, often addressing concerns people are surprised can be treated with manual therapy. Her approach is thorough, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs, whether she’s helping to relieve pain, reduce stress, or restore mobility and strength. Clients value her ability to listen, problem‑solve creatively, and tackle even the most complex challenges.
A true West Coast local, Jetta finds inspiration in nature and the arts. She loves volunteering, being by the water, and enjoying live theatre and musical performances, along with art galleries and museums. These experiences keep her grounded, curious, and connected to her community.
